Apart from your standard sizes do you support custom size print?
Our standard sizes represent the actual dimensions of the original painting. Unlike almost all our competitors, and in spite of its cost impact, we insist to print to scale maintaining the proportions of the original painting as the Artist wanted it to be. In some cases however there might be around plus/minus ±1% tolerance in average, and maximum ±5% in very, very few cases exclusively with the “almost-square” items, where we square it. Therefore we regret for not supporting custom size print
Can I cancel, change or modify my order?
Once you place an order it will be forwarded to one of our fulfillment centers in a couple of business hours. So, if you wish to cancel, change or modify your order please act as early as possible (in a few hours) by sending an email to our support service at support @ wall-art-gallery.com

Once your order has been processed, gone into processing or even shipped, it is regretfully not possible to cancel it, change it or modify it. In such a case, you may follow our Return Policy if you decide not to keep the product after having received it. Thanks for your patience.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Would you tell me more about the quality of your prints?
Thank you for this question. Everything we produce is printed, coated and hand stretched by our experienced professionals. We only use industry leading archival materials to achieve the most vivid, rich and high-definition prints to guarantee that your print lasts for lifetime without any fading or loss of colors.

Our Canvas prints are printed with top quality materials:

    High quality acid-free 100% cotton canvas,
    Professional-grade Epson printers,

Is your website secure to use my card?
Protecting your private data is our highest priority. We do not retain, file or even view any customers' credit card information. We use third-party payment processing services to process all credit and debit cards payment transactions using high-level protection through SSL, short for Secure Sockets Layer, which is the most stringent level of certification standard that ensures that all cardholders’ data is stored, processed, and transmitted securely by using the industry-standard encryption technology. This advanced cryptographic system is designed to encrypt private data so that it can be transmitted safely and securely over the Internet.
What payment options do you accept?
We offer a variety of payment options. This includes Debit Card, Credit Card, Paypal, Shopify Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other wallets. You can choose any of these payment options at checkout. All orders will be charged in full at the point of purchase.
I have a large commercial order, can you give a special discount?
According to the commercial order volume, we may offer even more attractive rates for large and bulk orders. Please contact our sales department at sales @ wall-art-gallery.com.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns. Please see our Return Policy.
When and how will I get my refund?
Credit for returned products will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item to the same payment method you used to buy the art print (except where other arrangements have been made).
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally, and free all over the world. However, depending on your country’s regulations, orders might be subject to import duties and taxes such as VAT or other taxes, assessed by your country’s authorized departments, and are due upon delivery or could be added directly at checkout by your card issuer/bank. This is not determined or collected by wall-art-gallery.com.

Does Free Shipping apply to all orders?
Yes, Free Shipping applies to all orders anywhere in the world.
Do you ship to a P.O. Box?
We regretfully do not ship to a P.O. Box address. Shipments must be made to physical street address along with your phone number as requested by the carrier.
What shipping services do you support?
We ship using trustworthy carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, SMSA
How do you pack an art print for shipping?
Unstreched canvas will be covered with a protective wrap and rolled inside a secure mailing plastic or cardboard tube. For small sizes, however, less than 20” inches (50 cm), the canvas might be shipped flat between two protection sheets, inside a tight cardboard or bubble mailing envelop. 

Stretched canvas will be wrapped around a 0.75” or 1.5” (based on canvas size) thick wooden stretcher bars to end up with a “gallery wrap” border, which is the highest professional grade of wrapping. The canvas then gets covered with a protective wrap, placed inside a tight cardboard box, and then shipped to you with all the hanging kits in place ready to hang.
What should I do if I didn’t receive the image or size I ordered?
If you receive a wrong image or incorrect size, please email us at support @ wall-art-gallery.com with photos of the art print you received and we will process a replacement order as soon as we are notified. Thanks for your patience.
How do I know the status of my order and track it?

Once you place an order we send you a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped we send you another notification email containing the tracking number and the link to track your order.

Is my package insured?
We guarantee your satisfaction and give you a refund or a replacement for a purchased item you are not satisfied with. In the rare case that your package gets lost or damaged during shipping, you can contact our support team at support @ wall-art-gallery.com for a refund or replacement. Please see our Return Policy.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location. Normally, we process your order in 3 – 5 business days and it ships to your destination address in 2 - 3 weeks. So, all in all, the whole duration may take around 3 - 4 weeks at the most.
My order is marked as “RTO”, what does it mean?
Shipments are referred to as “RTO” (returned to origin) under the following circumstances: 

    Delivery was attempted more than once but no one is present at the given address, 
    Delivery was attempted more than once but it could not be delivered due to wrong address, 
    The address could not be found because either it is incomplete or the pin code was wrong, 
    You or someone at your delivery address refused to accept the order, 

Under these circumstances, our customer support team will try to contact you. If there is no response or your given contact info is not reachable, then the package will be returned to the origin. In such a case, if we have to reship the order, a fee may apply. The fee will consist of all applicable costs related to re-routing, forwarding, or redelivering the parcel(s). Please note however that there is no charge for address changes, which are made before an order is shipped.
I shipped my order to a wrong address, can you reship my package?
A fee will be applied to all orders where:

    An incorrect address has been provided by the customer and the package is returned as undeliverable,
    An invalid address has been provided by the customer, resulting in a surcharge from the carrier. Such an error may include, but is not limited to: invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code; incorrect state or country information; typographical errors; or transposed digits and the like.
    A move or sudden change of address results in the refusal or non-delivery of an order,
    An APO or FPO address has been provided as the shipping address,

The fee will consist of all applicable costs related to re-routing, forwarding, or redelivering the parcel(s).  Please note however that there is no charge for address changes, which are made before an order is shipped.
